It is made by combining water and recycled paper, most often the kraft off-cuts from our corrugated factory, recycled newspaper or a combination of both, which are formed using our Wet Pressing Technology and heated to give strength and rigidity.
By using virgin pulp ( surgarcane bagasse, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, straw pulp) , this production line can change mold to produce all kinds of tableware such as paper plates and bowls, fast food take-away box, clamshell box, lunch box, cake tray, pizza tray, salad box, cups, cup lids.
